• Safely transport customers’ vehicles to and from the dealership in a timely, professional manner
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service during vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and face-to-face interactions
• Maintain a clean driving record and operate all vehicles with care
• Communicate effectively with advisors and customers regarding vehicle status or timing updates
• Assist with moving vehicles around the lot, including staging vehicles for service, parking, and reorganizing inventory
• Perform basic walk-around inspections before and after transport to document vehicle condition
• Coordinate with the service team as needed
• Support shuttle services when customer volume is high
• Keep service bays, shop floors, and work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Empty trash, dispose of scrap materials, and maintain cleanliness of drains, tools, and equipment areas
• Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed, including final clean-ups before customer delivery
• Assist technicians by bringing vehicles in and out of stalls when requested
• Maintain the appearance of the service drive, including sweeping, wiping counters, and organizing customer traffic flow

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Good interpersonal skills
• Communication skills and aptitude for customer service
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
