Job Description- Operate telescope booms, lattice booms, hydraulic cranes, and mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials
- Clean and lubricate cranes
- Instruct apprentices
- Assemble tower cranes on site
- Perform pre‑operational inspection, and calculate crane capacities and weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
- Perform routine maintenance work
- Inspect and assess ground conditions to ensure that the crane can be set up safely
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and company safety laws, guidelines, and best practices
- Maintain work records and logs
- Drive mobile crane
- Education:
Completion of high school is required. - Completion of a one- to three‑year apprenticeship program or high school, college or industry courses in crane operating is required.
- Experience:
At least 3 years of experience. - Mobile crane operator trade certification is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Must possess a Class 1 driver’s license to drive cranes to work sites.

Work schedule:
5 days a week, 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in schedule is required. Work on statutory holidays, weekends, night shifts, and extended hours will be required.
