HVAC Service Technician at Charlton and Hill Home Services

responsibilities will include:
  • Diagnosing and repairing: You'll be the go-to person for fixing any issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Regular maintenance: Play a key role in performing routine check-ups on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.
  • Service calls: You'll manage service calls, identify problems, and make repairs to keep our customers happy.
  • Keeping records: Accurate documentation of the jobs you complete and the services you render.
  • Customer service: Providing top-notch customer service is a must, alongside giving expert advice on the care and maintenance of HVAC systems.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience: A solid 3-5 years in the HVAC field, with a deep understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating system mechanics.
  • Problem-solving skills: A knack for handling service calls efficiently and offering practical solutions.
  • Communication: Strong skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for dealing with customers and fellow team members.
  • Physical capability: A willingness to tackle the demands of the job, including working in tight spaces.
  • Credentials: Preference for candidates holding a valid HVAC license.
