Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will focus on generating and converting leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Core responsibilities include conducting outbound sales calls, identifying potential customers, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to create effective sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales, with the ability to successfully meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong Lead Generation skills, including identifying and qualifying potential opportunities.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with clients and establish meaningful connections.
  • Previous experience in a tech-driven or AI SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Proactive work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities is advantageous.
