Event Floral Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Event Floral Sales Executive to support our event floral styling business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, design‑related work, and learning the events/floral industry.

• Respond promptly to client enquiries.
• Conduct short consultations (in‑person/virtual) to understand the client’s theme, colours, event flow, and budget.
• Share recommended styling packages tailored to the venue’s layout and event type.
• Guide clients on flowers, basic styling options, and pricing.

• Create standard proposals using company templates.
• Add simple mood boards or styling references (with support from the design team).
• Clarify client requirements to ensure accurate descriptions for production.
• Follow up on open quotations to support conversion.

• Handover confirmed orders to the production team with clear briefing notes.
• Schedule and participate in site visits.
• Support the logistics team in confirming setup timelines with the venue.
• Assist in preparing item lists and delivery instructions.

• Be present at site for installation.
• Assist the team with simple styling tasks.
• Communicate last‑minute adjustments from client/venue to design/ops teams.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, event coordination, or sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive customer‑facing presence.
• Interest in floral styling, weddings, and events.
• Good command of verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and basic Microsoft/Google tools.
• Able to work on weekends and evenings depending on event schedules.

• Experience working with hotels, banquet teams, or event venues.
• Basic understanding of floral types, seasonality, or event styling.
