Position: Account Manager (New Graduate Friendly)

Forma Steel specializes in manufacturing high-quality steel roofing, siding, trim, and custom panels in a wide range of gauges, colors, and finishes. We take pride in delivering reliable products, strong partnerships, and exceptional service across Western Canada.

We are currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team at the Lethbridge Forma Steel facility. This role is well suited for new or recent business graduates who are eager to start a career in sales, account management, and customer relationship development within a growing manufacturing environment.

Full-time Permanent

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Working collaboratively with our internal teams and external sales partners, the Account Manager will help build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales growth across both new and existing accounts.

This role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and employer‑paid professional development, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their skills and progress into more advanced sales or leadership roles over time.

What You’ll Do
  • Learn Forma Steel’s product offerings and gain a strong understanding of how our products are used in real‑world applications
  • Support and manage customer accounts by coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Use consultative sales techniques to identify opportunities for account growth, product upgrades, and value‑added solutions
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer information using CRM and project management tools (Hub Spot experience is an asset, but not required)
  • Participate in internal training, external sales development programs, and ongoing professional learning opportunities
Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career and excited to learn. You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for potential, attitude, and drive.

  • Recent graduate or soon‑to‑be graduate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and confidence building professional relationships
  • Curious, analytical, and creative thinker who enjoys problem‑solving
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with different departments
  • Motivated to grow personally and professionally within a sales‑focused role
  • Previous sales, customer service, internships, co‑op, or part‑time experience is considered an asset, but not required
