Davis Capital Leasing, a division of Davis GMC Buick in Lethbridge, is in an exciting stage of expansion and is looking for an automotive Commercial Account Manager to drive our growing presence in Alberta.

Who is Davis Capital Leasing?

DCL provides commercial fleet and leasing management within the automotive, equipment, and property management industries across Alberta. We offer full services in vehicle and equipment acquisitions, leasing, maintenance and remarketing, to ensure a full-value experience for our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Lease Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and securing new commercial leasing opportunities within Southern Alberta, offering tailored solutions to new and existing business accounts.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Identify and pursue new leasing business opportunities that will generate future sales and repeat business through site visits, cold calling and networking
  • Promote business and execute on sales, engaging with fleet managers, directors and business owners. You’ll have an opportunity to build relationships with one of our 14+ dealerships across the Davis Auto Group
  • Offer detailed product information, pricing quotes, and credit terms to facilitate sales transaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including after-sales support
  • Ensure efficient coordination of dealer transfers and vehicle deliveries, communicating closely with the DCL Finance team
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on various OEM product knowledge and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction within the CRM
Who is Our Ideal Candidate?
  • You have 2+ years of proven experience in B2B and business development within the automotive or equipment industry with a proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation and closing deals
  • You are driven with a high degree of resiliency – motivated by exceeding targets and seeing results and have a strong sense of personal achievement
  • Your superior customer experience skills are highly sought after – turning connections into long-term sustainable relationships is a true talent of yours
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills – proficiently utilizing all tools such as the CRM and Microsoft Office applications
  • You are versatile and knowledgeable in various OEM brands, and open to learning and staying up to date on new product knowledge
  • You are a collaborative team player committed to achieving collective goals and contributing to the success of the business
  • You possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
  • Hold a current AMVIC license or ability to become licensed
