Family Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic Primary Care team.
- Current CLPNA registration
- Valid CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
- Knowledge and skills in preventative health screening and chronic disease management
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
- Experience in Primary Care nursing (preferred)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and Netcare (preferred)
