Treasurer Volunteer

Looking for a dedicated volunteer who has experience on a board and fundraising to aid in the mission to provide client centred life skills programming in southern Alberta.

Maintains accurate and complete financial records

Supervises spending monies including primary signing authority

Assists auditor in preparation of financial statements

Renders monthly financial statements to the board of directors

Presents the financial reports of the Society to the board of directors and the annual meeting

Files the annual return, changes in the directors of the organization, amendments in thebylaws and other incorporating documents with the Corporate Registry

Holds the position of Chair of the Finance and Fundraising Committees

Carries out other duties assigned by board
