To operate downstream production machinery safely and efficiently, maintain documentation, communicate issues, perform scheduled preventative maintenance and changeovers, and produce high-quality products. The employee will also perform the responsibilities of the Production Associate.

• Operate downstream equipment safely to meet or exceed company OEE and quality standards.
• Follow Lock out / Tag out policies and wear PPE.
• Adhere to GMP standards and safety protocols, including fire safety and hazard reporting.
• Ensure product quality, proper labeling, and documentation of non-conforming products.
• Perform quality data collection and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, address inefficiencies, and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Perform changeovers efficiently following SMED procedures.
• Maintain CMMS records, manage inventory, and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate training and development with the Production Manager.
• Communicate issues and improvement ideas to management and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including sanitation tasks.
• Document process changes and maintain production reporting accuracy.
• Participate in plant teams focused on safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

High School diploma or GED preferred; must pass entrance exams and interviews. Candidates should demonstrate urgency, accountability, ethics, professionalism, and a desire for self-improvement.
