Haul Operations Supervisor

The Live Haul Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Live Haul Operations Manager to oversee our operations on farm, working alongside contract catching crews and company operators.

• Assist in monitoring overall catching and live haul operations.
• Oversee the humane and safe catching of live birds from barns. Assist in spotting live haul truck and trailer into position.
• Operating a forklift in the Live Receiving area.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for both birds and staff.
• Monitor the loading of birds into modules and crates.
• Supervise the safe and proper usage of heavy farm equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with Company and Government regulations.
• Coverage when there is a staffing shortage for truck drivers and forklift operators
• Other duties as required.

• Class 1 license with Air.
• Forklift License is an asset (Will provide training)
• 2 years in leadership as a team lead or supervisor.
• High degree of focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in regard to shifts start and end times.
