OverviewFrito Lay Canada is seeking an Operations Supply Chain Leader in Lethbridge, AB. The position contributes to the success of Pepsi Co by directing the manufacturing frontline team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to safety, cost, line efficiencies, waste, and productivity. This individual must align the team to achieve production operations standards.

Preferably in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or similarLean Six Sigma Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement projectDemonstrated planning and organization skillsDemonstrated front line supervisory skillsComputer proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other related softwareAbility to give and receive constructive feedbackAbility to lead a team-based approach to decision makingDemonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environmentEffective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skillsFlexible to work off shifts and weekendsWhy work at Pepsi Co
