• Oversee overall project execution, including site operations, manpower deployment, and progress tracking.
• Develop and manage master construction schedules, including recovery or acceleration plans when required.
• Review drawings, address inconsistencies, and coordinate clarifications with consultants.
• Supervise construction sequencing, work methods, and effective allocation of resources.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain project quality standards.
• Liaise closely with consultants, clients, and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and financial monitoring across all project phases.
• Manage procurement processes, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, and certify contractor payments.
• Track project milestones and prepare periodic cost and progress reports for management review.
• Prepare tender submissions, method statements, technical documentation, and related project proposals.
• Handle budget control, cost monitoring, variation claims, and procurement coordination.

• Diploma holder is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a project management role within the construction sector.
• Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and financial control.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
