Overview

Work shift: Mon-Fri / 3 pm - 11 pm

Frito Lay Canada is seeking a Performance Supply Chain Leader in Lethbridge, AB. The position contributes to the success of Pepsi Co by directing the manufacturing frontline team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to safety, cost, line efficiencies, waste, and productivity. This individual must align the team to achieve production performance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of employees to ensure that they meet performance goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and take corrective action as needed.
  • Develop learning plans for new and existing employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all organizational goals and objectives are met.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Associate degree or equivalent background preferred.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations.
  • 3+ years experience in supervising others in a fast‑paced work environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of general regulatory & safety processes and procedures.
