Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Manage daily operations within the Service ShopMonitor shop efficiency, productivity and quality controlProblem Solving and Trouble ShootingDiagnose electrical and mechanical issuesMaintenance and repairs on equipment/ trailersInstallation of accessories and equipmentPerform CVIP inspectionsProvide training and guidance to service techniciansOpen communication and regular reporting to Store Manager and Service ManagerComplete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures and protocolsEnsure top notch customer serviceOther duties as requiredSkills and
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years working as a Journeyman/woman Heavy Duty MechanicPrevious supervisor or Shop Foreman experienceFamiliar agricultural/trailer equipment (considered an asset)CVIP Certification (considered an asset but will help acquire)Strong organizational and problem solving skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamExceptional communication skills (verbal and written)Team player with a positive “can do” attitudeAbility to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, up to 50lbs on your own (as required)Valid Class 5 License, clean driver’s abstract and criminal record checkMust have own toolsIf you are a positive “go-getter” who feels that you’d be a great addition to our team, and you share in our belief of “People working together, Doing what is right, Making a difference”, be sure to apply today!!!
