5 days / Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Up to $3300 + AWS + Bonus

• Prepare a full set of shipping documents, including BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Insurance, Customs forms, COO, etc. (for LC, sea, and air shipments).
• Apply for SFA Export Health Certificates and Free Sale Certificates.
• Coordinate the courier arrangement for samples and documents.
• Prepare shipping marks as required.
• Ensure all outbound shipment documentation is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer requirements.
• Handle data entry and maintain proper filing of all documents.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum ITE in Logistics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
