This position is part of BRP’s SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross‑functional team of technical and business process experts. The CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. Responsibilities- Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and support functions to ensure a shared understanding of the end‑to‑end solution and its seamless integration within the ecosystem.
- Support the design and delivery of high‑quality solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—project managers, team leads, architects, and subject matter experts—to assess and estimate the effort required for delivering projects, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
- Proactively identify and manage solution gaps, driving resolution through structured analysis and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Oversee the execution of key initiatives, including full lifecycle project delivery and continuous improvement efforts, with hands‑on involvement in solution design, system configuration, functional and integration testing, and deployment.
- Ensure solution integrity by validating that business requirements, high‑level designs, and system specifications are accurately translated into delivered functionalities and key features.
- Identify, manage, and address gaps between requirements and delivered solution until they are resolved.
- University degree or equivalent by experience.
- 8+ years of experience in full life‑cycle implementation of SAP Supply Chain Planning, Sales and Logistics solutions.
- Good knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA (FICO/MM/SD/PP/EWM/TM, IBP, etc.) solutions and processes.
- Proven experience in leading cross‑functional SAP projects and delivering integrated solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data flows, and integration points with non‑SAP systems.
- Excellent skills in solution design, problem‑solving, and process optimization.
- Comfortable operating in a multi‑time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents.
- Experience working with third‑party integrations with SAP.
- High‑level experience with cutover, go‑live and data migration.
- Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).
- Dynamic, innovative and problem‑resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever‑evolving environments and business realities.

Location:
Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Salary: CA $90,000–CA $110,000.
