- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud solution architecture, or technical leadership roles, including 5+ years working on Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep expertise in GCP Data & AI services, including but not limited to:
- Big Query, Looker, Dataproc, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, AI Platform, Dataplex, Cloud Composer, Spanner, Firestore, Bigtable, and Analytics Hub.
- Hands‑on experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end data pipelines, ML pipelines, and real‑time data processing on GCP.
- Proven track record of building and taking data and AI accelerators to market in collaboration with cloud hyperscaler sales and partner teams (preferably GCP).
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, Google Cloud Marketplace, and co‑selling motions with GCP.
- Excellent executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence at the Director/VP level across Tredence, Google Cloud, and partner organizations.
- Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer and/or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certifications.
- Strong familiarity with GCP’s industry‑specific solutions (e.g., retail data lakehouse architectures, supply chain AI, financial services data mesh, etc.).
- Experience working with Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program and other partner incentive models.
- Background in leading multi‑functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, and cloud architects.
- Experience with cost governance (Fin Ops) and performance tuning of large‑scale cloud‑native data solutions.
