As a Recruiter, you’ll work closely with both job seekers and employers to help strengthen the local workforce. In this role, you won’t just be filling positions—you’ll be supporting the growth and success of businesses across our community.

Compensation &
Hours:
• The rate of pay will be a base salary of $45K/year plus commission-based bonus
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, some overtime may be required as well as outside community involvement
Position Summary:
• Partner with employers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Stay informed on the Lethbridge labour market, providing insight on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce opportunities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person conversations to build strong talent pipelines
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through reference checks and assessments to ensure strong alignment with employer needs
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide both employers and candidates through the hiring and offer process
• Build and manage strong relationships with employers and candidates while identifying opportunities to expand recruitment partnerships
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, sales, or another relationship-driven professional role
• A strong understanding of the Lethbridge job market and the industries that support our local workforce
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with both candidates and employers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Self-directed and accountable, with the confidence to take ownership of client relationships and hiring outcomes
• Professional, approachable, and able to balance relationship-building with results in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Experience building relationships with clients, customers, or stakeholders in a professional setting
• Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, or software used to track contacts, customers, or projects
