How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Transport, deliver and install home‑care equipment (including oxygen cylinders) to patients and institutions while maintaining safe vehicle operation and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Educate patients on the proper use, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, ensuring quality patient care.
  • Carry out responsibilities in keeping with Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada’s safety and quality practices, supporting other team members to satisfy internal and external customers.
  • Comply with organizational vehicle policies, highway regulations, and safe gas transport procedures.
  • Inspect vehicle before and after use; document inspections and maintain a clean, adequately stocked vehicle with personal protective equipment, safety equipment, tools and supplies.
  • Meet client needs by delivering products on schedule and as required.
  • Set up home‑care equipment at patients’ homes, provide client training, respond to client requests and perform technical checks with safety instruction review.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for technical visits, including equipment exchanges, deliveries and pickups.
  • Complete preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and manage downstream workflow when work exceeds CST qualifications.
  • Perform warehouse duties—stocking shelves, shipping and receiving of products, and cleaning and disinfection of patient equipment.
  • Document client care and services with clear, accurate, and timely delivery records.
  • Maintain client confidentiality per Air Liquide policy, agreements and local regulations.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and protocols to protect clients and employees.
  • Continuously improve branch operations by understanding processes, workflow and participating in quality improvement activities.
  • Comply with applicable certification requirements and recommend necessary actions to management.
  • Provide after‑hour service to clients through the branch on‑call rotation.
  • Support Respiratory Therapy Team and other health professionals with remote patient assessment via teleconsultation, video conferencing or telephone follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective use of products and treatments.
  • Participate in safety meetings, work safely, encourage others and report unsafe occurrences or practices.
  • Ensure correct loading of vehicle by identifying product requirements and unloading in compliance with safety and legislative requirements.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer / tablet skills.
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the use and maintenance of respiratory home‑care equipment.
  • Basic mechanical/repair skills.
  • 2–3 years of consecutive recent driving/delivery experience.
  • 2–3 years of customer‑service experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Clean and valid driver’s abstract.
