* Escape Room Operator

* Job Summary:

* Great Escape is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and detail-oriented escape room operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a fun and safe experience while they attempt to solve our puzzles and escape the room. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining the game rooms, resetting the puzzles, and providing excellent customer service.

* Responsibilities:
* * Greet customers, explain the rules of the game, and answer any questions they may have.

* Monitor and supervise the game rooms, ensuring that customers are following the rules and are safe at all times.

* Reset the puzzles after each game and ensure that the rooms are clean and ready for the next group of players.

* Troubleshoot and fix any technical issues with the game equipment, such as locks or electronic clues.

* Maintain accurate inventory of game components and report any discrepancies to management.

* Assist with social media activities to attract new customers.

* Collaborate with other operators and management to continuously improve the game experience.

* More duties as assigned as needed by manager.

* Requirements:
* * Must be at least 18 years of age.

* Previous experience working in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

* Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, including individuals and groups.

* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.

* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for customers.

* Salary and Benefits:
* The starting pay for this position is $15.00 per hour.
