After-Sales Service Coordinator (customer focused | Up to $3.5K | North Region)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive After-Sales Service Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility is to call customers to schedule appointments after sales and manage administrative tasks related to service operations. You will also coordinate with internal teams to streamline service processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of post-purchase activities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Coordination
:
Make calls to customers to schedule after-sales appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups. - Service Operations
:
Handle administrative tasks related to service operations, including documentation and compliance. - Internal Coordination
:
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service processes and enhance overall efficiency. - Process Improvement
:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Experience
: 1-3 years in service operations or administrative roles. - Education
:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Skills
:- Strong customer service skills with good coordination abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and meticulousness in execution.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Additional Notes
:- Preferably experience in after-sales service roles.
- Must be able to liaise with the warehouse and technician to ensure smooth installations, address last-minute issues, and resolve any complications professionally.
