• Handle high‑volume live chat and ticket requests
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to users
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Collaborate with other business units, accurately documenting customer requests
• Manage complaints, provide timely and effective solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their trading journey

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance, crypto, or e‑commerce industries
• College degree or above
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with international users and stakeholders
• Previous experience in cross‑functional or technical support will be a strong advantage
• High level of honesty and integrity; proactive, meticulous, and team‑oriented
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication skills and a drive to exceed expectations
• Passion for customer service and willingness to work under flexible shifts
• Positive interest in the crypto and Web3 industry
