We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Executive to support our business development and project execution efforts, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents
• Review tender specifications and pricing, working closely with the Engineering team to ensure accurate quotations
• Prepare and submit quotations, including variation orders as required

• Liaise with Project Managers to ensure clear understanding of customer requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and materials
• Track project progress and follow up on Work Orders with customers

• Prepare Work Done reports and submit to Yard/Owner for signature
• Submit necessary documents for invoicing and ensure timely payment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Ensure clear communication of project requirements, timelines, and costs

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the marine and offshore industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
