Position: Jr. Estimator / Repair Planner

We are currently seeking a Junior Collision Estimator / Repair Planner to join our busy and professional collision centre. Automotive experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Duties:

  • Examine vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Work closely with Insurance Partners, Technicians, and internal team members
  • Monitor repair quality and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards
  • Contribute to overall shop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Perform other related duties as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Automotive, estimating, or repair planning experience is an asset but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma and valid Driver’s License required
  • Willing and able to travel for training
