Job Description
Select is partnering with our client to recruit a highly organized and detail-focused Project Assistant to support project coordination and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping timelines on track, maintaining accurate records, and supporting teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.What’s in it for You?

Compensation &
Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $22–$25/hr, depending on experience
• Full-time, temporary position
• Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
• Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams
• Maintain project documentation, files, and tracking systems
• Assist with scheduling, timelines, and coordinating meetings
• Prepare reports, summaries, and project updates
• Track budgets, invoices, and project-related expenses
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure project records are accurate and up to date
• Support procurement and purchasing documentation as required
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in project administration, coordination, or office administration
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points For:
• Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments
• Familiarity with project management software or ERP systems
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
