*** This role will begin at the Coaldale Medical Clinic in as a permanent full-time role beginning July 10, 2025 and expanding to Nova Family Medical which will be opening July 2026 in Lethbridge.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail, able to prioritize tasks and handle situations with professionalism.

This is a full-time position in which you will greet patients upon their arrival, manage appointment scheduling, verify patient information, collect payments and process paperwork. You will also be in charge of answering phones, responding to emails, managing clinic supplies and ensuring the office is running smoothly.

Position is:

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

Friday’s 8:00am-12:00pm

Rate of Pay: $23/hour with pay increase after initial 3 months of employment.
