Accounting Technician

We are a small, collaborative team in a Boutique-style firm operating in an association of Chartered Professional Accountants. Our culture is unique, in that we don’t have a traditional hierarchical structure, and we work together as a team.

Responsibilities

Client Service and Communication

File Preparation & Drafting Financial Statements

Review Engagements

Corporate Tax Preparation

Personal Tax Preparation

Bookkeeping

Requirements

3 – 5 Years’ Experience working in an Accounting Firm

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Strong Accounting Knowledge and Experience

Experience with Farms and Investments

Self-motivated, with the Ability to work Independently

Detail Orientated with Accuracy

Knowledge of Accounting software including:
Quickbooks, Sage, Caseware, Profile and Excel
