mechanical components for the aftermarket

UK and Ireland

sales-driven position
, where success is measured by sales performance and growth. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing spending accounts while actively developing new business and deepening customer relationships.
You’ll gain strong product knowledge quickly, sharpen your sales skills, and play a meaningful role in a busy, collaborative team. Historically, people who thrive in this role often progress into other areas of the business, the business genuinely like to promote from within.
Your day-to-day will include:- Proactive sales activity every day, primarily outbound phone calls
- Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and other channels
- Using customer-provided dimensional information to select the correct chain type and prepare accurate quotes
- Converting quotes into orders and completing the required admin to ensure smooth processing and shipment
- Liaising with courier services and updating customers on delivery information
- Handling customer service enquiries related to orders and general support
- Working closely with internal departments and key stakeholders to keep orders moving smoothly
- Previous B2B sales experience (technical products preferred, but not essential)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear, effective communication
- Ability to build long‑term customer relationships
- Proactive, motivated, and positive
- Honest, reliable, and hard‑working
- Comfortable taking ownership and working towards targets
- Open to learning and developing new skills
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one.
Full product and systems training will be provided
, alongside ongoing support to help you build confidence, capability, and long‑term success in the role.
