Starts from £14.76 an hour; increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). If your available times are close but not exactly to advertised times, we still welcome your application.

• Work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well‑stocked store that exceeds customer expectations.
• Be there for customers, listening to them and helping to ensure they leave with what they came for.
• Look for ways to improve service, including coaching colleagues and giving feedback.
• Guide and support colleagues in-store, ensuring it remains a safe place to shop and work.
• Maintain a strong understanding of store performance and assist managers in actions that improve operations.
• Lead from the front and set a great example for all.
