We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Night Services Manager. Whether you re currently in a leadership role or looking to take your first step into site-wide and clinical management, this role offers an excellent opportunity to provide proactive and visible leadership during the night shift.
What You’ll Do- Oversee the site during the night, ensuring the same high standards of care that we provide during the day.
- Collaborate closely with the nurses in charge and ward teams across all wards, supported by on-call senior managers and doctors, to maintain and enhance the quality of care throughout the night.
- Responding swiftly and effectively to medical and psychiatric emergencies.
- Providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Conducting randomized spot checks to ensure compliance and high standards.
- Ensuring thorough handovers and accurate, timely documentation.
- Involvement in audits and personnel management.
Essential Criteria
- Proven leadership and managerial abilities.
- Sound IT skills
- Nursing qualification with current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD.
- Strong clinical background with demonstrable skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a mental health setting.
- Experience in Older People s Mental Health (OPMH) care or Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.
- Ability to work autonomously and make confident, informed decisions.

£23.97 p/hr for weekday shifts, £26.37 for weekend shifts (equivalent £50,601 pa)
