What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee and lead the service team, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
  • Provide valuable support and direction to our team of technicians, parts and service advisors
  • Assist in the delivery of full aftersales service to our customers
  • Maximise sales and profitability for the department
What we need from you
  • Previous experience working as a Senior Service Advisor / Service Manager
  • A clear understanding of the roles expectations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, outstanding communication both in person and on the telephone
  • Dedication and commitment to supporting team members
  • A full manual driving licence
  • PC literate including MS Office
