Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for mental health? Join our dedicated team at a leading psychiatric hospital, and play a key role in delivering recovery-focused, person-centred care.

You’ll work with adults in an inpatient mental health setting, supporting individuals with complex psychiatric needs. As part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, you will assess, plan, and deliver personalised therapeutic programmes that enhance independence, promote recovery, and improve quality of life.

You’ll also contribute to service development across the hospital and provide supervision to junior OT staff.

• Complete functional and occupational assessments
• Design and deliver tailored, evidence-based treatment plans
• Facilitate both group sessions and 1 : 1 interventions
• Provide mentorship and supervision to junior OTs
• Work collaboratively with nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, and support workers
• Support safe discharge planning and liaise with external services
• Contribute to audits, CPD activities, and service improvement initiatives
