• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,710–$1,800/week (estimated)

• Experience: 2+ years of recent PCU/IMC/Stepdown or cardiac telemetry experience required
• Licensure: Active RN license in good standing
• Certifications:
  BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Flu Vaccine: Required – No exemptions

  Must pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam (minimum 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms)

  Telemetry monitoring; dysrhythmia interpretation/management; central/peripheral line care; IV insulin and heparin protocols; oxygen therapy (including HFNC);
  BiPAP/CPAP; feeding tube management; chest tube management; PCA; pre/post hemodialysis care
• Preferred: Charge experience; community hospital experience

• Provide high‑quality travel nursing care to adult IMC/stepdown patients with cardiac and complex medical needs (e.g., CHF, COPD/asthma, sepsis, pneumothorax, ESRD/dialysis, hypertension/hypotension, ETOH withdrawal, post‑op/general surgery).
• Perform focused assessments, continuous monitoring, and timely escalation for changes in condition, including rhythm changes and respiratory compromise.
• Manage ordered therapies and equipment such as bedside cardiac monitoring, oxygen delivery devices, non‑titratable cardiac drips, IV infusions, chest tubes, and PCA infusions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners (RT, PT, pharmacy, radiology, phlebotomy, social services, rapid response teams) to coordinate safe, efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support unit workflow during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Float to Telemetry and Med‑Surg units as needed while maintaining safe practice and patient‑centered care.
