Job Overview
Our skilled nursing facility is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing ADON to fill a full-time position. You will assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in directing and supervising nursing staff members, while maintaining the highest degree of quality care. The role requires organizational aptitude and motivation, with the ability to make independent decisions and judgments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing nursing operations.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Make independent decisions and judgments as required.
- Active Massachusetts state RN license.
- SNF/long-term care experience is required.
- This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
