We are currently seeking a Production Planner to join our team and help us continue our success.

Job Summary

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that production schedules are met and inventory levels are maintained. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will play a crucial role in our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels
  • Monitor and track production progress to ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and production teams to ensure accurate forecasting and planning
  • Review and analyze production data to identify potential issues and implement solutions
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Communicate production plans and changes to relevant departments and stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production planning software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production processes
