• Mixing, extruding, and weighing materials to exact specifications
• Operating and cleaning blending and production equipment
• Reviewing run sheets for accuracy
• Recording and reporting production data
• Partnering with Quality Control for inspections
• Labeling and transporting materials to extrusion
• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Completing required documentation to support consistent processes

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Basic math, ability to follow written instructions, comfort with unit conversions
• Forklift certification a plus (or we can help you get there!)
• Reliable, positive, team‑oriented, and committed to good attendance
• Lift up to 55 lbs., stand/walk for long periods, work in a loud industrial setting
• PPE and safety protocols (including respirators) required – no exceptions
