Mold Maker
Leominster, MA
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Key Responsibilities- Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipment.
- Repair and modify existing molds using CNC and manual machining equipment.
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluation.
- Review and interpret drawings and models.
- Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipment.
- Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges) to ensure tight tolerance machining and final fitting.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standards.
- Perform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned.

Full‑Time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
