Job Description
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for Cannabis Packaging Workers to work for a temporary assignment about 30 miles west of the Leominster, Massachusetts, area. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. You have a positive attitude, work ethic and are very attentive to details. Founded in Seattle in 2013, Viridian Staffing () is the original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis/hemp industry.

As a Packaging Technician, you will help to measure cannabis products, package the product, and then label the product accordingly. You will also get to help collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality. You may perform a variety of other processing tasks as needed. While experience packaging cannabis is not required, you should have experience adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures.

Attention to detail and the ability to closely follow standard operating procedures is required. You should also have the ability to sit, stand, twist, and kneel for 8-12 hours. Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, twist, bend, squat, bend and kneel up to 12 hours/day
• Dedication to following SOPs, including all safety standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction and constructive feedback
• Ability to lift , carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Massachusetts, which includes being at least 21 years of age and being eligible to be badged in the State of Massachusetts
