DDS Residential Program - Relief Per Diem Main

Overview

Join our Relief Team on a flexible schedule supporting adults with developmental and intellectual challenges in Open Sky residential programs. Relief Counselors provide guidance and support to individuals to help them live as independently as possible within a group living environment, implementing procedures to ensure health, safety, and well-being.

Salary: USD $17.50/Hr.

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and play a lead role in the daily implementation plans.
• Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
• Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

• Excellent supervision (individual and group), professional development, and training opportunities.
