Job Description & Responsibilities

Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) is a Department of Mental Health funded service designed to deliver evidence-based interventions. The team supports individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis living in homes, apartments, or group settings, helping them transition to more independent environments while building skills and achieving personal goals. Our multidisciplinary team includes clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff who provide compassionate care.

Salary

USD $48.08 /Hr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight to the integrated team and hire, mentor, and supervise Team Leaders and Program Coordinators.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of persons served and ensure implementation of treatment plans and clinical interventions.
  • Ensure timely and thorough screening and enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS within prescribed timelines.
  • Collaborate with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective services.
  • Facilitate the Quality Improvement process and develop and implement Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans identifying evidence-based practices, state-of-the-art services, and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance services.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I) – required.
  • Two years of experience in Human Services management – required.
  • Leadership, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills – required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record – required.
