Key responsibilities in your new role

• Data Analysis

• Education:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Military Experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field).
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an electro‑mechanical manufacturing equipment engineering technician role.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, troubleshooting, calibration, and Mil standard knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and calibration
• Skills:
  • Understanding of electro‑mechanical equipment relationships.
  • Basic problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic Microsoft Skills, Word, Excel, Email
  • Critical Thinking ability, Risk taking, out of the box thinker.
  • Fast learner, willingness to take initiative. Eager to learn, Energetic, Accept constructive feedback and application
  • Strong work ethic and accountability. Able to learn from mistakes, provide solutions, improve systems, procedures and move forward.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • Experience:
    • Understanding/awareness data analysis and statistical process control.
    • Understanding/awareness Manufacturing Principles, Mil Standards, Specifications.
    • Experience with Digital Multimeters, Digital Voltmeter, Oscilloscopes, Amp Meters, Leak Detectors etc.

• Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Work Schedule:
  • This position is for second shift and will require 6-12 months on day shift training 6 a.m. to 2:30 PM. Second shift Hours will be 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
  • Ability to work a standard 40‑hour work week with occasional overtime.
