Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Manufacturing Support:
Maintain a high-profile presence in the manufacturing area to support and optimize processes

* Equipment Operation:
Operate complex backend semiconductor equipment for experiments and qualifications

* Experiment Design:
Design and execute experiments to commission and qualify equipment

* Operator Training:
Train operators in the safe and optimal use of equipment

* Problem Resolution:
Address complex assembly and mechanical screening issues using structured problem-solving

* Continuous Improvement:
Implement Lean or Six Sigma projects with hands-on application

* SPC Integration:
Support statistical process control (SPC) integration to enhance data collection

* CAD Documentation:
Create CAD drawings and detailed documentation of manufacturing processes

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education:

Junior level or higher, actively pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science (preference will be given to Seniors graduating within the next year)

* Problem Solving:
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and rational thinking skills

* Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels

* Adaptability:
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

* CAD

Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD or Solid Works; familiarity with Minitab preferred

* Technical

Skills:

Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools

* Organizational

Skills:

Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
