As our school continues to thrive, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled class teacher to join our dedicated team. The appointed teacher’s age group and curricular specialism will be matched to their personal strengths, experience, and professional aspirations.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has substantial teaching experience, ideally within a special school or a setting supporting pupils with SLD, PMLD, or complex needs
• Brings creativity, warmth, and resilience to the classroom
• Can lead a class team effectively, inspiring support staff through clear communication and collaborative practice
• Adapts teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning profiles, communication needs, and sensory requirements
• Values a multi‑disciplinary approach and works positively with therapists, families, and external professionals
