Our nurses care for children and adults who have long‑term or life‑limiting conditions, providing exceptional, individualised care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A valid NMC pin held for a minimum of 12 months and be a practising Registered Nurse, with experience of supporting children or adults with the following clinical tasks
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management
• Enteral feeding
