Position Summary

Operations Manager is a key member of the Store Management team at CVS Health
. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Operations Manager drives store execution and performance, builds consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, and leads a highly engaged store team with strong leadership and initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
  • Sales and inventory management
  • Employee staffing, training, and development
  • Financial management
  • Customer service leadership and culture promotion
Essential Functions

Management:

  • Lead and work effectively with store crews
  • Supervise, assign, and direct crew activities
  • Communicate information to crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
  • Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement

Customer Service:

  • Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
  • Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
Required Qualifications
  • Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills
  • Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
  • Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent response to store issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required)

Anticipated Weekly Hours

40 hours per week

Pay Range

$20.00 - $34.00 per hour (Base hourly rate or full‑time salary; actual offer varies by experience, education, geography, and other factors)
