Position Summary
Operations Manager is a key member of the Store Management team at CVS Health
. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Operations Manager drives store execution and performance, builds consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, and leads a highly engaged store team with strong leadership and initiative.
- Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
- Sales and inventory management
- Employee staffing, training, and development
- Financial management
- Customer service leadership and culture promotion
Management:
- Lead and work effectively with store crews
- Supervise, assign, and direct crew activities
- Communicate information to crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
- Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
Customer Service:
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
- Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
- Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent response to store issues
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required)
Anticipated Weekly Hours40 hours per week

Pay Range$20.00 - $34.00 per hour (Base hourly rate or full‑time salary; actual offer varies by experience, education, geography, and other factors)
