As the Warehouse Lead, you will oversee your assigned team and area in the warehouse to ensure our operations continue to run smoothly. Your role is central to providing exceptional daily solutions for our customers.

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and accurate, on‑time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Properly train and coach the warehouse team, providing positive developmental opportunities and recommending performance improvement actions when needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system correctly and maintain appropriate work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate various equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment in accordance with the 7S program.
• Work in a manner that protects yourself and team members.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally lift more than 75 lbs.
• Operate a reach truck or cherry picker to a height of more than 23 feet.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments.
