Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Fire Field Supervisor to oversee fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler field operations across commercial, industrial, and data center environments in the Lenoir, NC area. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality installations and service work. NICET Level II certification is required. Data center experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler installation, service, and inspection work, including mission-critical and data center facilities
* Lead, mentor, and schedule field technicians to meet project timelines and quality standards
* Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local AHJs, and data center safety and access protocols
* Coordinate testing, commissioning, and inspections with customers, AHJs, and site stakeholders
* Troubleshoot complex system issues and support final system acceptance
* Review drawings, scopes, and schedules to keep projects on track
* Maintain accurate job documentation, reporting, and closeout packages
* Enforce safety policies and best practices on all job sites Qualifications
* NICET Level II certification (Fire Alarm and/or Fire Sprinkler)
* 5+ years of experience in fire protection systems installation and/or service
* Experience working in data centers or other mission-critical facilities preferred
* Prior supervisory or lead technician experience preferred
* Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire codes
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
