• Assist the GM and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure every shift operates smoothly.
• Help reach sales and profit goals through operational controls.
• Support team members through performance and training initiatives.

• At least six months of experience as a manager within restaurant or retail.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to the Company Core Values.
• Humble, eager to learn what makes Arby’s different, and willing to jump in and help and lead the team.

• Competitive salary up to $48,000 annually (based on experience)
