Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Lenexa, KS for a Warehouse Lead. The Warehouse Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving, packing, and inventory control. The role includes managing the unloading and organization of goods, proper deployment of resources, and ensuring all tasks meet operational standards. The Warehouse Lead will also assist in training staff and maintaining safety protocols.
Qualifications- Experience with Shipping & Receiving and Packing processes
- Hands‑on skills in unloading and operating equipment such as pallet jacks
- Proficiency in inventory control and organizing warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar environment is preferred
